Pricing
- $425 is the average per night rate for the first 8 guests, $25 per additional guest after 8 guests. Please reach out to us for the rates.
- Ask about the adjoining Upstairs Master Suite with King Bed, sofa bed and Large Bathroom. Additional rental and cleaning fee.
- $175 one time cleaning fee.
- $300 deposit that will be refunded after inspection of property.
- $20 rental fee per air mattress, includes linen and one pillow.

- There is a two night minimum and a three night minimum during holidays
- Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking. After that, cancel up to Five days before check-in and get a full refund. *Exception, Two week advance notice over Holidays & Special Events – Christmas & New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter and Super Bowl. Group Reservations (10 or more): Two week advance notice required.
