Individual Home Stays
A smaller way to experience the ranch
On select dates, portions of Richardson Ranch may be reserved individually for smaller groups visiting Cottonwood, Sedona, and the Verde Valley.
Individual-home reservations do not include exclusive use of the full ranch, Ranch Hall, or all ranch amenities and gathering spaces. Other areas of the property may be occupied during your stay.
Main House
A spacious ranch home with a full kitchen, generous living areas, a wraparound porch, and comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests.
The Main House is well suited for families and smaller groups who want room to cook, relax, and enjoy the Verde Valley from a peaceful ranch setting.
Guest House
A comfortable and flexible ranch stay with its own kitchen, living areas, private outdoor space, and accommodations for up to 8 guests.
The Guest House offers a relaxed home base for smaller groups who want privacy, convenience, and easy access to the surrounding area.
