Rates

  • Pricing varies by season, group size, and optional add-ons

Fees

  • Cleaning fee: $150
  • Refundable security deposit: (returned after inspection)
  • All pricing subject to change

Minimum Stay

  • 2-night minimum
  • 3-night minimum during holidays

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel up to 15 days before check-in for full refund
  • Holiday & Special Event Exception:
  • 30-day notice required for Christmas, New Year’s, Thanksgiving, Easter, and Super Bowl
  • Group reservations (10+ guests): 30-day notice required

To ensure a peaceful and respectful experience for all guests, please note:

  • Check-in: 3 PM Check-out: 11 AM
  • No smoking indoors
  • No pets
  • No parties or unapproved events
  • Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM
  • Please treat the property with care
  • Maximum occupancy must be respected
  • Use outdoor amenities responsibly (fire pit, river paths, games)
