Events

Exclusive ground use and lodging are reserved for a complete “Event Weekend” event with a two-night experience for you and your guests. We provide a beautiful backdrop and allow you the flexibility and creativity to make it your own event.

We include the following up to 75 guests.

  • Private access to the ranch for the entire weekend.
  • Both homes reserved exclusively for you & up to 14 of your closest guests.
  • Check-in on Friday at 4pm and Check-out at 11am on Sunday
  • (10) 8’ X 30” rectangular banquet folding tables (no linen provided)
  • (75) beige Samsonite folding chairs
  • Parking for up to 75 guests (not valet)
  • Walkthrough of space
  • Bistro lighting throughout the property
  • Horseshoes and cornhole games
  • Outside vendors welcome at an additional charge. Vendors will need to provide certificate of insurance.

Pricing:

Average Site Fee: $1,875.00 + $118.13 (6.3 Sales Tax)
Weddings booked during a Holiday weekend an additional $500
Minimum Required Lodging (2 Nights ): Average $1,625.00 (up to 14 guests) + $118.14 (7.27% Lodging Tax)
Average Total: $3,736.27 (reach out for exact pricing for your dates)

  • Average price is $750 per night for the first 14 guests. Please reach out for exact pricing based on dates.
  • $325 one time cleaning fee for up to 14 guests.
  • $1200 deposit that will be refunded after inspection of property.
  • All pricing subject to change.
  • There is a two night minimum and a three night minimum during holidays
  • Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking. After that, cancel up to 30 days before check-in and get a full refund.
  • Richardson Ranch is children friendly
  • Richardson Ranch does not allow pets
  • Richardson Ranch does not allow smoking inside the homes
  • Richardson Ranch does not allow large parties/weddings without written consent from property owners and additional rental fees.

ADD ON:

  • Average price is $150 per night for adjoining Upstairs Master Suite. Pricing includes an additional 2 guests.
  • Average price is $150 per night for additional loft space in guest house that includes two queen beds and one full sofabed. Pricing includes an additional 6 guests.
  • $20 per air mattress rental, includes linen and one pillow.
  • $20 per guest, per day after 14 guests.
  • $550 per day for use of indoor event venue that fits up to 40 guests seated with full kitchen.
  • Portable executive restroom rental for an additional cost
  • Tents (Due to the nature of our outdoor venue grounds, tents are suggested as a rain back-up if indoor rental space is not booked)
  • Heaters (Pre-Approved Freestanding outdoor heaters are allowed on the lawn, however please note NO LIVE FLAME candles or sparklers may be used! Only LED lights and/or candles are allowed on tables or as decor.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits & Payments are required in the following manner:

Deposit: $1,200.00 Refundable Security Deposit shall be refunded after the end of this agreement and upon final settlement.
Due upon Booking: 50% of your total (including deposit) is due at booking to hold an Event/Wedding Venue reservation.
60 days prior to event: 2nd Deposit of remaining 50% due. (non-refundable)
No booking will be deemed complete, nor a date reserved, until the deposit is received and event contract has been completed.

Acceptable payment methods are Money Order, Personal Check. Credit Card (3% fee added for all credit card payment) or bank draft payments are made online through our online Payment processing system. Money Orders are required if reservation is made within 30 days of Event Date.

Catering

Bring in your Caterer of choice for your and host your friends and family any where on property. You will have use of our tables and chairs, however you will need to provide your own linen & catering staff for set up/clean up of all items. Certificate of Insurance will need to be provided at least 14 days prior to event. Additional fees may apply.

Music & Entertainment

Feel free to bring in a live band or DJ entertainment for your event. All amplified music must be turned off by 10pm. Please note the dance floor may only be on the basketball court. This is to help keep the grass preserved for other weddings & events.
