Events

Exclusive ground use and lodging are reserved for a complete “Event Weekend” with a two-night experience for you and your guests. We provide a beautiful backdrop and allow you the flexibility and creativity to make it your own event.

We include the following for events:

  • Private access to the ranch for the entire weekend.
  • Both homes reserved exclusively for you & up to 32 of your closest guests.
  • Check-in on Friday at 4pm and Check-out at 11am on Sunday
  • (10) 8’ X 30” rectangular banquet folding tables (no linen provided)
  • (75) beige Samsonite folding chairs
  • Bistro lighting throughout the property
  • Horseshoe and cornhole games

Pricing:

Venue Fees + Minimum Required Lodging (Both homes for minimum of 2 nights)
Average Total: $5,750.00 (reach out for exact pricing for your dates)

  • $2000 deposit that will be refunded after inspection of property.
  • All pricing subject to change.
  • There is a two-night minimum and a three-night minimum during holidays.
  • Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking. After that, cancel up to 30 days before check-in and get a full refund.
  • All Vendors will need to provide certificate of insurance.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Richardson Ranch does not allow large parties/weddings without written consent from property owners and additional rental fees.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits & Payments are required in the following manner:

Deposit: $2,000.00 Refundable Security Deposit shall be refunded upon inspection of property.
Due upon Booking: 50% of your total (including deposit) is due at booking to hold an Event/Wedding Venue reservation.
60 days prior to event: 2nd Deposit of remaining 50% due. (non-refundable)
No booking will be deemed complete, nor a date reserved, until the deposit is received, and event contract has been completed.

Acceptable payment methods are Money Order, Personal Check. Credit Card (3% fee added for all credit card payment) or bank draft payments are made online through our online Payment processing system. Money Orders are required if reservation is made within 30 days of Event Date.

Catering

Bring in your Caterer of choice for your and host your friends and family any where on property. You will have use of our tables and chairs, however you will need to provide your own linen & catering staff for set up/clean up of all items. Certificate of Insurance will need to be provided at least 14 days prior to event. Additional fees may apply.

Music & Entertainment

Feel free to bring in a live band or DJ entertainment for your event. All amplified music must be turned off by 10pm. Please note the dance floor may only be on the basketball court. This is to help keep the grass preserved for other weddings & events.
